Delete your account

You can delete your JP League account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

  1. Open JP League and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

Email steve@thejpleague.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my JP League account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted, and what stays

Deleted: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, profile photo, push notification tokens, and your sign-in. Any unpaid registration is cancelled.

Kept: the league's game records. Box scores, standings and awards from games you played stay in the league's history with your name removed, the same way a printed box score outlives a roster. A paid registration for a season that hasn't ended is kept so the league can settle it with you.
